Vixtel recognises that no two businesses are the same therefore none of our client’s systems are identical. Using Live Spex, our Client Relationship Managers will sit with your team and define your system requirements by graphically walking you through your call flow and rules.
Live Spex is a great tool not only for ensuring we build your system exactly as you want it, but it also gives you the opportunity to work with us to think outside the box and create completely new and exciting communications options for your business, that integrate with your business and marketing strategies.
All Vixtel’s clients are appointed a Client Relationship Manager that will work with your entire business to ensure the installation, testing and training phases of implementation are seamless. They’ll also work with you to customise your system and challenge our development team on your behalf to ensure you’re getting the most out of your system.
My Spex makes the seemingly complex simple. By following a logical and structured graphical approach, your client manager will work with you to build every step of your call flow so you know exactly what to expect when you receive a call. By using this graphical interface, we can quickly flag potential bottlenecks in the system and recommend ways to streamline your call flow.
Building extensions and in turn provisioning phones is as simple as uploading a spreadsheet to My Spex. Again the Client Manager will assist you with the appropriate templates and guide you through this process.
My Spex is an intuitive system that will prompt you for information or data as the call flow is being built to ensure no stone is left unturned. For example, if you’re building an IVR, the My Spex checklist will remind you that the system will require audio files for the menu options.
Upon completion of the call flow build, My Spex will present the client with a simple flow chart style call flow, extension list, check list and notes. Once we have your approval, your custom system will be built and delivered.
